April 08, 2009-- The Pottsville Republican Party of Pottsville
endorsed candidates Wednesday night
for the May 19th Primary election. Among the
endorses was Scott R. Thomas who will be on both ballots in the
May election. Also endorsed was, Holly Hochgertel Lubinsky,
Jennifer Rosenberger, and Board President Jack Dolbin.
If elected, Thomas plans to focus on increasing communication
between the students, parents, and the board of education. He
also plans to meet at least quarterly with student organizations
such as, the National Honors Society, Student Council, etc.
Thomas is currently serving his first term on the Republican
State Committee, which he was overwhelmingly elected to in 2008.
