Pottsville, PA—Scott R. Thomas, candidate for Republican State Committee, narrowly lost the GOP endorsement on Thursday night; however, Thomas says he plans to continue the campaign, “I feel that I have strong support of Republican leaders from all across the county,” Thomas said.

Thomas is the founder and former chairman of the Pottsville, now the Schuylkill County Teenage Republicans.

“I respect the endorsement process, but more importantly I respect the democratic process and the voters of Schuylkill County,” Thomas added.
