April 22--According to unofficial final results, Scott R. Thomas, has been widely elected to the Republican State Committee.
"I would like to thank the voters of Schuylkill County for giving me an opportunity to serve them on a statewide level," State Committeeman-elect Scott R. Thomas said.
In victory, Thomas said that he will work to grow our party with the younger generation. Also on the list was the necessity to unite the party and focus on the November election.
According to unofficial results the final results are:

Thomas gathered 7,082, putting him in second place only behind incumbent GOP State Committeewoman Mary Beth Dougherty.
